Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.1.26. I have read the FAQ and followed the directions, Thanks. I think there may still be some malware or something on my laptop that Malwarebytes, Norton or IObit security can't find or maybe its something else, I don't know. Ever since then it runs slow and locks up at times. Good luck with 10, and I'll keep an eye out hereMy laptop had a redirect malware that Malwarebytes found and removed.

I'm aware it's a codec issue, but right now I'm not anxious to try to sort it out. I've tried TMT3, but the picture quality is HORRIBLE with avi and mkv containers. Fingers crossed that it will work by then. But the day is coming soon when I get a HDMI capable AV Receiver and I'll probably be forced to go with version 10. I like some of the features of PDVD on my HTPC - so I choose to use it, and version 9 is all I need right now. Seems about the 4th or 5th email they are sent falls into the "someone should actually read this" bin. Write again, and the NEXT canned response, another 5 days or so. Write an exacting defenition of what is happening, as you did, and they send you a response having NOTHING to do with your initial email, and we get to wait half a week for it. tech support, is that they obviously do NOT read the emails they are sent. The one thing that angers me most about Cyber.

Let's hope it takes less this time around. "This is a known bug and we are working to fix it. Right down to the last response that you got from Cyberworthless. This is EXACTLY the same problem I and many others had when I went from PDVD7 to PDVD9. Use the below mentioned link to get back to us for your further queries:
